Who Can Participate
- Adults ages 30-65
- No previous diagnosis of cardiovascular disease
- Residents of specific Houston-area neighborhoods
What to Expect
Participants will receive comprehensive health screenings, including advanced cardiovascular assessments. The study involves 4-6 visits over two years and includes health education sessions.
Community-Based Diabetes Prevention Program

Who Can Participate
- Adults ages 25-70
- At risk for type 2 diabetes (prediabetes)
- No current diabetes diagnosis
What to Expect

Integrating Mental Health Screening in Primary Care Settings

Current Status
This study is currently in progress with a full cohort of participants. We are no longer accepting new enrollments. Final results are expected in early 2026.

Hypertension Management in Young Adults
